47639 Media Handler (APL) MDHAPL: Plate not positioned correctly on the transfer table. The plate was not properly positioned on the transfer table during a pick sequence. As a result it cannot be pushed into the fetcher without risk of jamming. Release the plate and remove it from the APL Check configuration of pusher gantry and towers. This error is reported.
